I created a Short-Term identity mark, as well multiple pieces of merchandise and a promotional poster for this fictional book titled "A Dance with Fate". I created an original book cover layout to be the centerpiece of this event and it's identity. This work is entirely made up, as is the author's name and biographical information that is provided.
The event I chose to create for this book was named simply 'Book Talk', and I chose for it to be hosted by Kent State University. When designing this, I made sure to tie in all three elements that are the name of the event, the location of the event as well as the integration of other book elements and the feel of a fantasy novel. Additionally, I chose to carry over the colors that are used within the book cover to create cohesiveness across all of the various assets.
