Cover Redesign of Murder in the Family by Cara Hunter. This mystery/ thriller 'whodunnit' novel was in need of a cover redesign (in my personal opinion), so that's what I did! The official published cover looks fairly similar, only it uses a sans serif font and a purple gradient, which I felt did not really match the overall aesthetic of a mystery/thriller book. So, I decided to utilize a black & red gradient plus a hand lettered typography that might be perceived better for a novel of this genre.
